15 Things That Make Me Smile

Smiling! It’s something that I love to do. It’s my greatest asset and many tell me it’s my cutest accessory. Some days it’s easy for me to smile and other days it’s not. However, when I’m feeling down, I commit to finding something worth smiling about.

1. A compliment: I know, it sounds a bit cliche but it’s true. Just the other day I was at a coffee shop and some random person complimented my skin and it totally made my day. 13. Painting my toe nails a bright color: There’s something about a bright bold nail color like red or orange that brings a smile to my face. I don’t know what it is, but it gets me every time.
14. Catching up with friends: It’s nice to just listen to a friend’s current passion or new project and watching him/her light up.
15. Laugh out Loud: Really! I choose to laugh and keep moving in life. It truly kills a multitude of ills. I believe laughing and smiling is the key to happiness and can have a positive effect on your well-being.
