The holiday season is officially here! I enjoy giving gifts even more than receiving them. It gives me the opportunity to thank friends and family who made this year so wonderful. In today’s post, I’m sharing an easy and festive DIY winter beauty gift set that I gave my mom last year. My mom is the type that likes to keep busy. When she’s not working, she’s reading her favorite book and when she’s not cooking for the family, she’s outside gardening. My mom is constantly doing something, which is great for her age; however, I just wished she took better care of skin and pamper herself once in a while. With winter approaching, I thought I’d help her out so I made this DIY winter beauty gift set and she loved it.

Winter Beauty Gift Set

Here are some ideas of what to include:

Materials

• Gift basket
• Natural gift filler
• Philips Sonicare 2 Series Electric Toothbrush
• Bath salts
• Body oils
• Bar of soap
• Hand cream
• Lip balm
• Exfoliating brush
• Candle
• Eye mask
• Candy canes
• Twine
• Ribbon

Instructions

Step 1. Place large items, like Philips Sonicare 2 Series Electric Toothbrush, down first. Fill in the bottom of the basket with gift filler and holiday decor: pine cones, garland pieces, etc). Add in the additional items:  bath goodies, candle, eye mask, and a few pieces of candy cane.

Step 2. Once all of your items are in place, tuck remaining gift filler and other holiday decor into your basket to fill in any empty space. More is definitely better in this case!

Step 3. Tie a beautiful ribbon around your basket. In my example, I used a striped linen ribbon.

For the perfect finishing touch, add a cute holiday gift tag!
