Recipe: Matcha Mochi Yogurt Pops
In the sweltering summer heat, there’s nothing like a tasty popsicle to cool you down in the afternoon or better yet, for that blazing hot morning. I found a great popsicle recipe from My Name Is Yeh that can be serve as a breakfast or early afternoon snack. I love it because the yogurt will make it taste so creamy and rich. It also has bits of mochi scattered within it which I love adding to my frozen yogurt whenever I stop by a froyo shop. With just a smidge of honey, these popsicles are a healthy treat to enjoy while surviving the hottest days of summer.
