Post-Workout Pick Me Up
The New Year surely does has a way of getting me amped up to make some changes in my life, especially when it comes to fitness. My New Year’s Fitness Plan is to try new things and do at least something each day whether that means going to a killer HIIT class for the first time, going for a short walk around the neighborhood on my busy days, or taking a fun yoga class on the beach.
I’ve done a good job carving out time to stay active so far and now I’m committed to stepping up my fitness game going into the new year. After my workouts, I look forward to some sort of delicious, post-workout snack. Lately, I just end up reaching for one of my Del Monte Fruit Refreshers, which I like to always keep on hand.
Del Monte Fruit Refreshers are a modern, delightful twist on fruit cups that combine exciting fruits with delicious slightly sweetened fruit water. They’re perfect for people seeking a healthy adult snack option as a pick me up during their day and comes in four unique and delicious new flavors: Grapefruit & Oranges in Pomegranate Water, Red Grapefruit in Guava Water, Pineapple in Passion Fruit Flavor and Mandarin Oranges in Coconut Water.
My favorite is Grapefruit & Oranges in Pomegranate Water. I like that the fruit water is light and not too sweet and the chunks of fruits are so juicy and tasty. I have a refreshing snacking experience with every cup which keeps me coming back for more. It’s the perfect pick me up especially if you’re looking to incorporate more fruit into your diet. So let’s kick off the New Year with a snack refresh! You can find Del Monte Fruit Refreshers at your local grocery retail stores like Target and Walmart.
Del Monte Fruit Refreshers contain one serving of fruit, with no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners, no GMOs, and are BPA intent-free and with 100 calories or less per serving.

Post workout essentials are really important, but I realized it was just to help deal with work/career stress instead of doing me any real good health-wise. Taking appropriate rest & clean diet were real important (and the meditation bit). Definitely seeing better results after instituting more rest into my weekly schedule. By the way thanks for sharing the article 🙂
I like to eat a granola bar that is full of protein! Del Monte has great healthy options as well 😀
I haven’t tried those yet, but they are going on my shopping list for sure! It looks delicious and a perfect snack!
