While that’s okay once in a while, it shouldn’t be your go-to everyday. I mean…Have you forgotten that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? I surely haven’t. In fact, breakfast is something I’ve always looked forward to ever since I was a little girl. I was crazy for Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Fruit Loops, haha.

My breakfast choices have changed as I’ve gotten older to meals that are more balanced. A homemade balanced breakfast that’s healthy is what you should aim for at least 3 times a week. So, today, I’m sharing healthy breakfast recipes that are creative and delicious-looking with many make-ahead and quick prep options!
