A Fresh Pineapple Margarita Recipe
Now that Memorial Day has passed, I’m starting to get the summer feels. I’ve already started prepping for upcoming vacations and I’m looking forward to the many summer festivities I’ll be attending and hosting. This year, I plan to throw a big bbq party in mid-July and have a night-filled with tons of food, drinks and activities with my favorite friends and family. I’m actually smiling as I typed this because it’s been awhile since I’ve thrown a summer bbq at my home and I’m super excited.
I haven’t figured out the menu just yet; but, I know for sure I’ll be adding my pineapple margarita recipe! It’s a tropical twist on the classic margarita and it’s insanely delicious! My friends and family love it and I know you will too.
My pineapple margarita blends together fresh pineapple, tequila, orange liqueur, ice, and lime juice. It’s super simple to make (took me less than 10 minutes) and tastes so yummy! The lime gives it a bit of tartness but it’s still deliciously sweet. If needed, you can add simple syrup or agave nectar for an even sweeter cocktail.
