Recipe File: Clean-Eating Cranberry Orange Banana Smoothie
At the beginning of this year, I decided to jump start my New Year’s resolution to get in shape and eat healthier so I invested in a new blender (Nutri Ninja Auto IQ) and it has truly changed my life. I make healthy smoothies all the time now for breakfast or in between meals and it’s a lot of fun. I like to get creative with smoothie-making especially when the season changes. To savor the autumn season, I made this healthy, vibrant Cranberry, Orange, and Banana Smoothie. It was my first time making a smoothie with cranberries since you usually find them in stores during autumn. It turned out amazing! I just love the sweet and tart taste.
Cranberries are anti-oxidant rich and by adding an orange to the mix, this smoothie will give you loads of Vitamin C.
