DIY Beauty: Raspberry Honey Face Mask
This Raspberry Honey Face Mask is an easy DIY to give your skin the brightest, most radiant glow no matter how old you are.
Raspberry Honey Face Mask
Have you tried making your own face mask? I think store bought varieties are awesome, but they can be expensive and may contain not-so-natural ingredients and preservatives. I prefer to make my own natural homemade mask because it’s so simple and inexpensive. Trust me, you’ll definitely be hooked!
I enjoy mixing up a small batch, placing it in a pretty container and storing it in the fridge. Even my friends are making less trips to the cosmetology office and jumping on the DIY train so they can pamper themselves with glowing smooth skin at home!
In this diy, I’m sharing one of my favorite diy face masks made with raspberry, honey, and yogurt.
Why I Love Raspberries
Raspberries are known to be packed with antioxidants and we all know that antioxidants are nature’s way of allowing us to drink from the fountain youth. Antioxidant-rich raspberry is strong enough to reveal brighter skin yet still super gentle. Raspberries are also rich in vitamin C which diminish age spots, discoloration and help create a more youthful complexion.

What else is this berry rich in? Plenty more vitamins like vitamin A, B, and E and by using raspberries topically, you can not only prevent skin damage but refresh the skin thanks to its rejuvenating properties. The leaves of the red raspberries are known all over the world for their skin tightening properties too.
By adding honey and yogurt to the mix, the result is an anti-aging mask that will give your skin what it craves all year long. If you have acne-prone skin, discoloration/hyperpigmentation, or loose skin, then this mask is made just for you!
Ingredients
- 8 raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of natural plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
Instructions
- Mash 8 raspberries inside a bowl.
- Add yogurt and honey and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Apply the mixture to the face in a thin layer avoiding the eye area.
- Let the mask sit for 10-12 minutes. If you have sensitive skin, leave on for 5 minutes.
- Rinse well with warm water and then pat dry with a soft towel.
Again, raspberries are beneficial for skin elasticity and have rejuvenating properties. It’s best to use this raspberry honey face mask two to three times a week in the morning.
