DIY College Dorm Toiletry Kit
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Schick®. The opinions and text are all mine.
My first year of college, I was so not prepared. I had no idea what I was bringing. I showed up and my parents had to mail me things I needed and bring even more stuff when they visited. I had little preparation my freshman year; however, I had it all figured out my sophomore year. I was much more organized and after a year of list-making (and list-editing), by junior year I compiled my own college packing list.
Aside from clothes, electronics, dorm decor, and school supplies, packing toiletries was always a challenge for me because I had a lot. But these were the things I used on a daily basis and if I wanted to make my morning showers the best, it helped to have all the necessary toiletries.
If you’re heading off to college for the first time or just need additional help with packing, then take a look at this fun toiletry kit I put together with a few items from Rite Aid and other items already stored in my bathroom.
I took a trip to Rite Aid recently to add a few toiletries missing from my kit and one of the things I grabbed was Schick Quattro for Women disposable razor. Razors are of course a must-have in any toiletry kit, but at the same time, you want to invest in a quality one. I’ve used Schick razors for years and they never disappoint. I love a razor that will give me the closest shave possible and the confidence to show off my legs for any occasion. College students want to feel good, clean, and confident as they enter a new stage in life and having the perfect razor that will easily travel to campus, home and everywhere in between can help make college living so much easier.
Here’s the full list of my toiletry kit:
- Schick Quattro for Women Disposable Razor
- Shaving Cream
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Loofah
- Shower Gel
- Shower Sandal
- Body Lotion
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Hair Comb
And of course, a shower caddy so your trips to the bathroom can be a little less chaotic.
Overall, this kit has all the essentials any college student could use, but feel free to add some of your own must-haves to complete your kit.
