Return Policy

Sephora has a free return policy for US customers if you send back your unopened or gently used items in store or by mail within 30 days from the purchase date of your order. If you return by mail between 31-60 days, online credit can be used for Sephora.com but not for in-store use. If returning in-store, store credit can be used but not for online use.
