How I Keep My Finances Under Control With Chime
This post is sponsored by Chime but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
We’re living in uncertain times and it’s normal to feel depressed and afraid. You’re not alone. I’ve been trying to find ways to reduce my stress and anxiety. For example, I’m spending more time reading books. I’ve finished four and it’s been great. I added a few more to my summer reading list and I can’t wait to dive into them. Honestly, reading can be a wonderful (and healthy) escape from the stress of everyday life.
I’m also very focused on making improvements in my life while in quarantine, especially when it comes to my financial wellbeing. Just as reading gives me peace of mind, managing finances does too.
With more time at home, managing my money with Chime’s mobile banking app has truly helped put my mind at ease.
The signup process was super easy. On the website, I gave basic information like my name, date of birth, address, and etc, so it only took only a couple of minutes to complete. When you sign up for a Spending Account, you also get a debit card, optional Savings Account, and access to their mobile bank app!
I downloaded the Chime app and the first thing I did was connect my bank account. I’m impressed with the ease and flexibility of this banking app and it comes with some amazing benefits too. A few of my favorites include:
- Automatic Savings: I can easily save automatically for emergencies or rainy day funds.
- Early Payday: I can get paid up to two days early and use my funds sooner than I used to with direct deposit.
Within a week, I received my Chime Visa® Debit Card. I love those daily account balance notifications I get anytime I use the card. The app really helps me keep track of my spending.
I also enjoy the mobile payment features after adding my card to Apple Pay. Chime offers mobile payments through Samsung Pay, Google Pay and others too. Having a flexible mobile banking app like Chime that allows me to send mobile payments for bills or to friends and family with ease gives me great relief.
Now that my finances are manageable again, I just need to focus on my personal productivity and wellness!
We’re all trying to navigate the current challenges so I hope an app like Chime can help you have some peace of mind with your own finances.
So helpful, thanks!
