Happy 2019 everyone! Is it just me or does it feels like 2018 went by so fast? So many things kept me preoccupied last year that I let time slip by. I had plenty of goals that I wanted to accomplish last year. I patted myself on the back for hitting several of them; however, my most important goals still haven’t been met. One of them being weight loss. Sigh. I still have several pounds to go including the ones I added during the holidays (double sigh).
Does this sound like you too? Whether you work full-time or a solopreneur, practicing self-care is important. This is what I often tell my readers so there should be no excuses for me. This time around, I’m focused, determined and will shed those last bit of unwanted pounds with help from Weight Watchers.
