Recipe: Cranberry Spritzer Cocktail
Hey everyone! We’re less than a week away before the holiday season officially begins. Can you believe it? I know Halloween is coming up, but the only thing in my head right now is Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m here today to share my all time favorite holiday cocktail using fresh cranberries.
I headed down to my local Whole Foods last weekend to do some grocery shopping and I stumbled on frozen cranberries. I usually stock up on cranberries in November because that’s when there in season at Ralphs or Albertson’s, but there they were at Whole Foods and it’s mid-October. Shocking! Anyways, I found them, I was excited, and purchased them. The timing was perfect too because in the next few days, I plan to start experimenting with some recipe ideas for the holidays.
I still haven’t figured out what I’m going to make just yet but, the one recipe I always make for my family every year is the Cranberry Spritzer Cocktail. It’s sweet with a kick of tartness that my family just loves. It’s so simple to make and takes less than 5 minutes.
You can also make a non-alcoholic version as well and it still tastes delicious. Just remove the vodka.
